About

Three decades turning strategy into built industry.

Demis Teshager Abeje

Demis Teshager Abeje has spent three decades moving through Ethiopia's public administration and industrial sectors — from district-level leadership in West Gojjam to the executive office of a multi-project industrial developer.

As CEO of Abay Industrial Development S.C., he built the project office that took the company's garment factory into operation and is now steering its cement project through construction. His background in finance, procurement, and property administration — sharpened over years as Deputy General Manager at ADSWE — shapes how he runs the company's planning and resourcing today.

He currently serves on the board of directors of a regional financial institution as an elected director, having chaired its audit committee for three years.
